2011: TCA Tilt-Up Achievement Award
This Design-Build project achieved the nostalgic, inviting wooden feel of a Norwegian fishing village while using concrete tilt-up. The project was recognized for its innovative styling that provided a more human scale to the large industrial structure while keeping within a budget and targeting LEED Gold Certification.
