Construction Management of the Monterey Conference Center, overseeing the project expertly from start to finish. This project included 40,000+ sq ft of Center meeting space — 3,200 person total capacity, with flexible and usable meeting space (large rooms which can be easily reconfigured and separate events can be simultaneously held in Center), upgraded technology and systems, modernized building that meets ADA requirements, LEED Platinum Certified.
