Phase 1 – Building modifications that include expanding showroom space, replacing some exterior paving, extending a roof overhang, enclosing the service drive and adding overhead doors, replacing floor finishes, and improving the overall appearance of the automotive facility.
Phase 2 – Replacing the showroom and offices along with general site improvements.
