6,600 SF interior remodel to modernize the existing Otter Express dining
facility at California State University Monterey Bay.
The scope of work included new and renovated finishes,
furniture, accent lighting, ceiling, millwork, kitchen equipment, HVAC,
plumbing, fire alarm, and accessibility.
