Andrew has almost 40 years of experience, and has been CEO of Ausonio Incorporated for the past 30 years. His hands-on project management experience, gives him the understanding needed to meet all client expectations from a high-level viewpoint. As an Ausonio, Andrew believes in the importance of giving back to the community and is involved with various organizations.

Sam has over 20 years of experience and is currently serving as a senior project manager, overseeing the firm’s staff in order to ensure successful projects and set consistent goals for success. Sam excels in contracting, budget and schedule management as well as handling project and client expectations with finesse and ease.

Brian is a thorough, organized project manager with diverse experience, including utilities, public, education, municipal, and transportation projects. He is a leader within Ausonio in managing project controls and providing training and development to others both within and outside the firm. His technical expertise and clear communication style allow him to translate complicated engineering issues to everyday terms. Brian’s affinity for projects that benefit the public make him a conscientious, committed project manager who ensures a smooth and efficient project delivery.

Dustin has worked on public contracts in the construction management role since graduating college. In his current role with Ausonio, he is overseeing theBond Program at Monterey Peninsula Community College. Dustin works with clients and project teams with a collaborative approach to effectively deliver successful products. His extensive knowledge of the public works and education facilities will bring value to any project.

Esperanza has been an integral part of Ausonio Incorporated since 1998, demonstrating steadfast commitment, leadership, and excellence across her more than 25-year tenure. Beginning her career as a carpenter, she rose through the ranks to become Superintendent and now serves as General Superintendent. Esperanza brings unparalleled expertise in field operations, safety inspections, labor and material management, and subcontractor coordination. She has successfully overseen a wide range of complex projects, including numerous upgrades at Natividad Medical Center, civic improvements for the City of Salinas, and LEED-certified developments such as the Monterey College of Law Community Justice Center and the Salinas Office Building for Carpenters Union Local 605. Her dedication to quality, budget control, and client satisfaction continues to make her an invaluable leader within the Ausonio team.

Rhonda has over 22 years’ experience in the construction industry, with varied experience including health care facilities with OSPHD requirements, and LEED certified projects, including Chartwell School, Carpenter’sUnion Local 605 offices and Monterey College of Law. She is responsible for owner contracts, negotiation, project team interface, management of administrative data, subcontract administration, RFI process, change orders (to owners and subcontractors) submittals, planning, field interaction, problem-solving, ensuring the successful outcome of selected projects and leading the administrative construction efforts. Rhonda is knowledgeable in all areas of administrative operation, including organization and flow of bidding process.

Troy has been in the construction industry for over 35 years with an extensive back ground in OSHPD, DSA, public and private commercial projects ranging from Design Build, Design Assist, Job Order Contracts, to bid build projects. He is passionate about building and loves the process. He believes no matter what type of contract he is working with that building a team atmosphere is the best way to achieve project goals.
